In this video tutorial, I'm going to show you how to upload a 3D OBJ model to Element 3D in Adobe After Effects. Element 3D is a popular plugin that allows you to import and render 3D models, animations, and effects directly within After Effects. So, let's get started!

Step 1: Open Adobe After Effects and create a new composition.

Step 2: Go to the 'File' menu and select 'Import' > 'File.' Choose the 3D OBJ model that you want to upload to Element 3D.

Step 3: With the 3D OBJ model selected in the project panel, go to the 'Effect' menu and select 'Video Copilot' > 'Element.' This will add the Element 3D plugin to the selected layer.

Step 4: In the Effects Controls panel, click on the 'Scene Setup' button. This will open the Element 3D interface.

Step 5: In the Element 3D interface, click on the 'Import' button and select 'OBJ' from the dropdown menu. Navigate to the location of your 3D OBJ model and select it to import it into Element 3D.

Step 6: Once the 3D OBJ model is imported, you can manipulate it using the various controls and options available in the Element 3D interface. You can adjust the position, scale, rotation, materials, and lighting of the 3D model to fit your composition.

Step 7: Once you are satisfied with the placement and settings of the 3D OBJ model, you can apply any additional effects or animations to enhance your composition.

Step 8: Finally, render your composition to see the 3D OBJ model integrated into your After Effects project.
