How to Remove All Transformations in Obj in Blender

Oct 18, 2024

Hey Blender enthusiasts! Today, I'm going to show you how to remove all transformations in Obj files so you can reset your object to its original state. Let's dive in! First, open your Obj file in Blender. Once it's loaded, select the object you want to reset. Now, press 'Shift' + 'S' and choose 'Cursor to Selected' to position the 3D cursor at the object's origin. Next, press 'Ctrl' + 'A' and select 'Apply All Transforms' to apply the transformations. This will reset the object to its original state. Finally, press 'Alt' + 'G', 'Alt' + 'R', and 'Alt' + 'S' to clear the location, rotation, and scale respectively. That's it! You've successfully removed all transformations from your Obj file in Blender. Now you can continue working on your project with a clean slate. Happy blending!
